Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Perishable items won't usually be able to be returned. However,  if you are unsatisfied with any of our items because it was damaged, defective, spoiled, or otherwise not fresh we will offer a refund or exchange for your goods.

You may be asked to provide evidence of the defective item so please retain the item in its original state as best you can and contact us immediately.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@outbackfudge.com within 30 days.

If you are requesting a refund please contact us within 30 days outlining the problem and that you are requesting a refund to info@outbackfudge.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
